Se in abbinamento ad un tuo elettrodomestico hai acquistato il pacchetto Soddisfatti o Rimborsati, attiva subito la protezione aggiuntiva che ti permette di restituire il prodotto precedentemente acquistato.
Features
• Se non sei soddisfatto puoi restituire il prodotto entro 60 giorni.
• Assistenza telefonica da lunedì a venerdì per richiedere il servizio
.
• Se il prodotto restituito è integro, dotato di tutti gli accessori, funzionante e provvisto dello scontrino/fattura di acquisto, riceverai un bonifico dell’importo effettivamente pagato Iva inclusa, come risultante dallo scontrino.

ATTIVA IL SERVIZIO DI COLLAUDO
|
Se in abbinamento ai tuoi elettrodomestici hai acquistato il servizio di Collaudo, attiva subito il servizio sui nuovi elettrodomestici.
Features
• Il collaudo potrà essere richiesto fino ad un massimo di 90 giorni dall’installazione della cucina.
• Assistenza telefonica da lunedì a venerdì per la segnalazione delle richieste di assistenza.
• Intervento a domicilio dell’utente.
• Nessun costo aggiuntivo.
• Intervento di un tecnico qualificato entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla richiesta di assistenza.
• Verifica su un massimo di 5 elettrodomestici.
